Cable Mods is a good place to start some other options such as Mainframe Customs and Icemodz also provides that service.

If you're feeling adventurous and want to go the DIY route, you can do a 12 inch 8 and 24 pin extension with paracord for less than $20 with plenty of paracord leftover for other cables.  

 

I just recently finished mine with Blue and White 550 paracord from http://www.theparacordstore.com/ .  Total cost for 100 feet of paracord was $8.  24 pin extension was $6 on eBay and the 8 pin for my CPU was another $5.  

 

Took quite a few hours and some trial and error before figuring out a good method for it, but I'm really happy with the results.  I'll snap some photos tonight and upload them.

Cable combs are on order (brings my total cost for this project to roughly $31) to make the runs a bit cleaner but overall I'm extremely happy with the results.  I still have a LOT of paracord leftover too.
