I need help

Angello Delgado

Can anyone help me out, I don't really know if all the parts are truly compatible. If anyone can check and maybe change some thing that would be great, my budget is $600 and I really need help this will be my first gaming pc. The URL is https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WQKWJV

I would personally get an air cooler too to keep cost down, something like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO or Cryorig H7. Looks very nice though.

Welcome to Maryland.

We have crabs.

Hey man while your build will work your choice of CPU is far from perfect. AMD is coming out with new cpus in q1 next year so if you are set on amd I would wait. BUT I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND INSTEAD JUST GOING WITH THIS BUILD....

which will will be better for gaming anyway

I would wait for AMD Ryzen if you can, but I haven't heard of them coming out with any budget CPU's.

Ok

1. You don't need case fan, case comes with plenty

2. You don't need a sound card

3. FX is old, get i5.

4. Better GPU

I would personally still get a 1060 3 GB, not because I'm an AMD fan. (I got an R9 390 over a 970) From all the benchmarks I have seen, it performs better.

He can if he wants.

I would personally get 2x4, since it wont be that expensive to get 16 GB after all. But I guess dual channel doesn't really make big difference.

About the RAM, if he wants to save 30$ in the future if he upgrades to 16 GB he can just get 1x8 GB. If he doesn't care he can get 2x4 for dual channel memory.
