Hi,

To get you  back in, you could try using a SAM's remover which will take off all of the passwords on the system, this therefore should let you log straight in and let you use the account, you should then be able to take the files off the PC onto an external storage device and then format and start again. I don't know of any other way to do it however this way should work.

Thank you for your time, and hi. I was thinking of formatting my c drive and do a clean install of windows. I upgraded from a oem motherboard anyways.

Okay, so as someone who lives at their pc I really need it. I booted up my pc yesterday tried to open photoshop, but I was greeted with a error about glu32.dll.

Sadly enough I was dumb enough to not research the error code and instead went to Microsofts forums and saw something about deleting the glu32 file. Stupidly enough.

So after restarting the pc I got stuck at the loading screen, no thing happend unless I clicked CTRL + ALT + DEL and I saw the 4 icons at the bottom right,

Lang, network, help and power, but no login prompt.

I opened up "troubleshooting" and started to restore my pc to a earlier state. But it failed. It stated it could not access a certain sys32 file.

So I started over at trouble shooting again and decided to reset my pc but keep my files. The windows was reset and the installation went through.

But just like before. Stuck at the loading screen until I pressed CTRL+ALT+DEL

But still no login prompt, just the damn 4 icons in the right left.

I appriciate anyhelp that I can get! Asap!

Thank you for your time and help. Cheers!
