Hey guys!

Recently i was able to get a second 2 terabyte drive  (same model) and decided to set up a raid 0 for my computer. I installed the drive plus an older 500gb drive . My OS (Windows 10) was stored on the first 2 tb drive, i removed programs until it could fit on the 500gb one, made sure i installed all the motherboard drives. Then cloned my data, could boot fine from the 500gb after the cloning. Then i enabled raid mode in the drive setting on my motherboard made the raid 0 drive without any problems. Booted back into windows, cloned my data to the raid. Double checked my boot settings. And then nothing, the classic black page that asks you to install a bootable medium. Do any of you guys know where i made an error? I still have the 500gb drive with my data that works. My motherboard is the  asrock z97 fatal1ty killer.

the part that tells where windows is was probably on the 500 gb once removed no more booting.

seeing as your data is already the 500 drive why not fresh install on to the raid then copy the data you need after the fact?

I would like all my data to still be in the same place , i would hate reinstalling all my programs, isnt there a way to do a fresh install bu t go keep all yor data and programs?

If you do Windows 10 refresh it'll clean off your programs but leave your data. I don't know about a clean install with out uninstalling programs.

Did you check to make sure the boot priority is correct after the migration to the Raid array?
