Hey guys! 

Ok so each time I open my computer I have this on the screen:

Also, when the desktop appear, I have 2 consoles popping saying the same thing and then they disappear by themselves.

Does anyone know what is happening?

I don't know that language but it looks like a disk check. Did you hard shutdown your computer?

It's french.

I did not since it does this since i reinstalled windows 8.1 a while ago

You could try running Malwarebytes to be safe. I'm 90% sure it's just a disk check but if it's doing that every time you boot up then something is up.
