BIOS is Stuck

Alright, I'm kind of freaking out at this point.I had my pc running, but I was having trouble installing my linux os, so I asked around for some help. Well someone told me to go into bios and turn anything legacy to the opposite. So I did and that was uefi. Well, whatever the check that did, it screwed me over royally. I can't get into my bios settings now at all. The shortcut is delete or F2, but neither are working. It's amost as of I'm not pressing anything at all. I triedpressing the reset button, but that shut the pc down and turned it back on. I see the AS Rock page, and the shortcuts I could use, but nothing works and after like 45 seconds it gives me a black screen with a blinking white underscore. My specs are as follows:

 Two Xeon Oct score Hyper Threaded 2.6 Ghz CUPs

GTX 770 Classified

ASRock Rack EP2C602

8 GB Adata RAM

Try taking out the bios batttery, should reset the bios.

there is a little silver battery about the size of a coin. Pull it out for a minute.

yep. That resets the bios.

There should also be a bios reset jumper somewhere on the board, but the battery thing is a lot easier.
