Which GTX 970?

So I am deciding between the msi gaming gtx 970, gigabyte g1 gtx 970 and the palit jetstream gtx 970. I saw a youtube video of all the benchmarks of different gpus and I saw that the palit jetstream is winning all of the other popular brands? I was wondering why since the gigabyte g1 is clocked at a higher speed than the palit jetstream.

That is a possible choice but as dexxterlab97 said, if the rx 470 performs worse than gtx 970, i might still go for the gtx 970. I understand that rx 470 will perform alot better in dx12 and vulkan so its more future proof but idk which to go for.

470 might perform better in dx12 titles but there isn't much out there

The gtx 1060 3gb will be around the price point of the gigabyte g1 gtx 970 but its the palit or zotac 3gb version.

the rx 480 4gb version will be around the same price as the other rx 470 i have listed above.

Palit Jetstream gtx 970

gigabyte g1 gtx 970

msi gaming gtx 970 and powercolor rx 470 and sapphire nitro rx 470 (all 3 around the same price)

I would get the chepest 970 out there

I would try for RX 480 4GB if not then 1060 3gb

actually , now that relive is out , the results might be slightly different

480 4gb is very close to a 8gb (just different VRAM) while the 1060 3gb is a much cut down slower version of 1060 6gb

sadly the video you link is the only benchmark out there and it is not quite correct.

To me I would get the GTX 10 series over the 900 they preform better and if your not looking to do VR game anytime soon you could get 10 series that are price lower then the a GTX 970. Not to mention that the 10 series can out put a higher resolutions then the 900 series. For example my EVGA GTX 970 4GB SC can do VR but fails to push a higher resolution and texture then my EVGA GTX 1050 Ti 4GB SC. I'm just saying that it a good idea to look at what you want before buying the item not what some guy say about one graphics card.
