Help with screen protector

Go to solution Solved by GamerDude,

When I first got my V20, I had a run-of-the-mill SP installed, this was a cheap SP that didn't quite fit the V20 screen well because of the curvature of the screen. Look at the pic below, note the lack of seal at just midway on the LG brand and logo below, same on just above the shortcut icons on top, and the sides as well. Bought a UAG Plasma case while I was at it.

I went to another shop, this time, a shop that specializes in cases, SP's and accessories for phones. The shop owner recommended that I use a 'premium grade' (whatever that means) tempered glass and fingerprint resistant SP that was made for the V20. It goes without saying that I took it and this is what it looks like....note that it is smaller than the actual scree itself to avoid the curvature. I also got a VRSDesign Crystal case while I was at the shop. Loved the design, but the earphone hole on it is a tad small, the UAG case allows for somewhat bigger IEM jacks/plugs.

I guess you'll have to look for an SP that would fit or that was designed for the G5......there should be a good selection to choose from since the G5 is a popular phone.

What? Air bibbles? Are you using those plastic film SP? I'm using a more premium fingerprint resistant tempered glass SP on my V20 and it's great (just don't ask me the brand as the guy I'd gotten it from simply asked me if I'd wanted a better SP for it). I also have typical tempered glass SP on both my other phones (Xperia Z5 Premium and LG G Pro 2) and I've not experienced any issue with air bubble. Didcha install the SP yourself?

Nope, i got it installed on a shop, but the curvature on the top of the phone doesnt let me instal a full sp so it always gets off, i am going trough one per 2 months
