What is the driver for the controls for the card? What I am looking for is the program that lets you change the LED functions because now I can't find the damn thing... Not Geforce experience... TIA

You can't change the color of the LED on the Founders Edition cards. They are a white LED shining through green plastic (or something similar). I think you can use the the Nvidia LED Visualizer tool though to change the brightness and similar effects to that LED though. You can download that tool using this link:

LED visualizer is what I was looking for(wasn't trying to change color just turn it off and change effects). It was right at the tip of my tongue. Thank you both for your help.
