M.2 Drives

Hey folks,

First up I am new to this site and this is my first post so please don't slate me too much.

I recently purchased a Samsung SM961 OEM 256GB drive. This is my first M.2 drive and I purchased it after many hours looking at reviews online. What confuses me is if I follow the online reviews then I should be getting a 850/950ssd or spending a small fortune on a 950/960Pro which appears to b3 a] more expensive and b] slower.

Looking to buy a 2nd for raid?

Grab another SM961, but to be fair a RAID at that speed will net you no real performance increase, only some Epeen within benchmarks.

your better off buying one large SSD than buying two small ones for RAID

I get that but my point is why do the reviews recommend the 960 or the 850 evo etc when this drive appears much faster for less money?
