Bluetooth pairing issue

I cant pair my computer with bluetooth devices (controller & speaker). I had the PC hooked up to my TV but after moving my PC back to my den the computer wont pair with anything. It detects devices that are off and says "ready to pair" and even if those devices are on and searching the PC will not pair with them.

Driver is up to date as far as i know (2016-06-08). "Bluetooth Support" and "Bluetooth Handsfree" services have their startup set to automatic.

I tried reinstalling the driver which didn't work and i tried re-fitting the antenna but that didn't either.

 

Specs

Motherboard: Asus Z170i Pro Gaming motherboard (with included antenna).

OS: Windows 10

(Will add more if necessary).
