Everything turns off except pc HELP

Hey guys Im on my pc just on youtube and the monitor goes black and everything plugged into it turns off but the computer stays on... and I have to force shutdown when I turn it back on its like if nothing happened.... whats going on?

monitor or the gpu has problem. if you have a tv plug your computer into the tv to test it. if that works get a new monitor. if that doesn't work you need a new gpu.

but also my keyboard and mouse and bluetooth went off...

your motherboard or the driver is the issue reinstall windows
