240 and 360 , cooling gpu and i7 4770k, i want silence

for a CPU/GPU and moderate overclock a 360x 60 is pretty much the norm. depending

on overclocks might have to have a 1400-1800rpm fan. and since the 4770k is not the

cool chip, the XT45 240/360 would more than likely control the heat with a 1000-1200rpm

fan set. what case? what GPU(s)?

780ti or 290x and i was going to use noisblocker 1300rpm versions and im using the switch 810. what do u think will be the most silent way to go while still getting a fairlly decent overclock on cpu and gpu

You will probably be ok with a single 360mm thick radiator if you get the 780ti.

However I'd wait if I were you we have no idea how the 290X performs with watercooling atm and I don't think the specs of the 780ti have even been announced.

So wait for people to test them and see how hot they run then depending on which gpu you get and how hot it runs buy a rad.

you'd be fine with either, and I would think there is minimal pricing differences between the UT60 and XT45.

If you have the space for UT60's get the UT60's if you don't then get XT45's.

Getting XT45's instead of UT60's wont hit performance too much.
