Razer Black Widow Chroma Lighting Lag

Recently i on my Razer Black Widow Chroma keyboard the lighting effects have been really laggy. I have plugged it into different usb ports (usb 3.0 and 2.0) but nothing seems to have fixed it. If you don't know what i mean look at this video which shows what is happening: (click here)

 

EDIT: The lighting works fine, it's just my custom lighting presets which don't work properly.

Could be that something that changes the light isn't working properly (obviously). Send it back to Razer for a new one is the only thing I have to say, since I don't own one and I doubt its normal.
