Oof, that's gonna be hard, but it may be doable. Honestly, I would encourage you to buy used parts, or save up more. There are i5-2500 CPUs being sold for $60, for instance.

 

It will take research and a lot of waiting to buy on a deal, but you can get yourself a great gaming computer with used parts. Prices on the items in this list are speculative and rely on you finding a part for said price.

A i5 2500 is still gonna cost you new at $200 plus you can hardly find any motherboard for 2nd gen CPUs. So this is your best bang for the buck. Used PC isn't gonna cut it. GTA should be able to achieve 50 to 60 fps. Fallout 4 is really buggy so that depends.

Techsource (Youtube) has a 350 USD build that played max settings, and its parts are much cheaper now. Look it up.

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD
