need help with game performance

i get frame drops in gta 5, skyrim se, fallout 4, need for speed hs 2010, edf 4.1 etc. and i don't know why?

 

my pc specs: amd fx 8350 @ stock, cooler master 212x cpu cooler, 16 GB ram @ 1600 mhz , asus 970 pro gaming/aura am3+ mobo, xfx rx 480 8GB gtr,480 GB sdd, 500 GB ssd, 3TB hdd, corsair rm550x 80+ gold psu.

Should probably overclock your CPU. Faster memory would help if the overclocked CPU doesn't relieve it for you.

Don't wanna say this (I aint a hater) but theyre all CPU intensive games ...as above, an big overclock will help a lot

Like it has been already said, it's due to your CPU. Upgrade it or OC it.

OC the CPU.

 

The RAM is fine, and faster ram makes absolutely 0 difference in gaming if you have a dGPU, which you do.

When in doubt, re-format.

Yes, it does in CPU intensive games

Gpu not being at 100% and dropping frames means that it's not fully utilized. And why not try if OC does something? At this point FX-8350 is aging anyway. If this is something recent, start with those drivers.
