Best AIO Computer Under 400

Title pretty much, my sister is looking for a AIO for her fiance. Office work mostly, youtube, MS office. If it could VERY lightly game, that would be nice (was looking at AMD APU ones). Doubt it needs more than 500 GB of space. No touch screen. Needs to be under 400. USA based here. Please help!

HD 4400 which is not bad for gaming

(I have a HD 4600 and can do some less demanding game like Counter Strike Source with some settigns turned down at 30fps+)

 

Quad core i5 but worse gpu (not sure if it can game at all lol sorry)
