Is it possible to just basically plug and play or will i need to reinstall windows? if so can i use the same product key on my new build to keep the data or is there another way to transfer? (i know ill need a new windows 10 product key i just wanted to know if it will transfer)

It is recommended to back everything up that you want and do a fresh, clean install. Reason is you can get driver conflicts etc. This will eliminate any potential issues that could arise from just re-using it with all the old drivers etc installed currently.

Fresh install is always best, not worth the trouble believe me it's not fun....
