So this modded xbox three thitty controller says that it comes with all kinds of mods on it but idk if it's real or not and I don't want to buy it and it be fake it's from Walmart also  here are some pictures

It is a legitimate Xbox One controller. They're not certified accessories but midnight modz is a relatively popular group.

 

Be warned though that how well the "mods" work with various games is highly variable, and the use of custom controllers like this isn't permitted in even most small-scale tournaments.

 

If you're looking to just play online it will work. It will be inconsiderate to other players online, but it will work. If you're looking to do anything more than play at home you're actually hurting yourself since you're better off using what would be available at the venue's you play at.
