So in my opinion, Razer isn't good at making audio products, but they are very good at marketing. If you're just going to use speakers for gaming and watching movies, you'd be better off with a 2.1 setup from either Logitech if you don't want to spend a lot, or spend a bit more and get a Klipsch 2.1 setup.

Looking to get these speakers, and just wanting opinions on them. Going to be using mostly for gaming and watching movies.

Judging from how Razer prices their headphones, this speaker is probably overpriced.  I have personally never used one, so I cannot give you my personal opinion.

Well this is going to be a christmas present, so I mean the budget doesn't matter that much.

Take a look around on Amazon for 2.1 stereo setups. Klipsch will probably sound better than the Logitech ones, but they cost a little more. I'd stay away from Bose.

That's to the extent of my home audio knowledge. Most of what I know personally is just in the professional audio stuff.
