Hey so I'm too dumb to find the answer, the question is, does Horizon Zero Dawn come out on PS4 only or does it also release for PC?

It's a Playstation exclusive

 

Just like: Gran Turismo, Little Big Planet, Uncharted and The Last of Us

It's only been announced for PS4 at this point. Since it's published by Sony, it's likely to stay that way. There's not much of a track record of Sony-published games ever coming to other platforms, unfortunately.

it's only a PS exclusive at the moment. a PC version is always possible but don't expect it anytime soon
