Cloud line (core - 1 - 2) are exactly the same, differences in them are the accessories they come with and minor exterior changes, other than that, its EXACTLY the same. Cores are more than enough for gaming, above that, its better to get a proper headphone and mic. They are made with internals from Takstar (a well known Chinese audio company), that's why they sound good compared to other gaming headsets.

Stinger have lower audio quality compared to the cloud lineup, with more bass and ok mids, almost to the typical gaming headset sound.

TLDR: Get Cloud Core (if you don't need the acc) or get the Cloud 1 (if you need the extra acc).
