every time my friend plays a game on his computer it freezes for about 30 seconds then unfreezes and didnt happen at the start when he had his pc anyone know how to fix this?

his specs are

amd fx4300 quad core 3.8ghz 

8GB ram

msi 760gm-p23(fx) motherboard

nivida geforce gtx960
