Now, this isn't the first time, but is is a rare occurrence. I posted a helpful reply and a resolution to someone's problem on the TF2 discussion forum on steam about the crashes with the new update that includes the new map and items and such. Well, this is what I come back to see:

You have been banned from all Team Fortress 2 discussions until Nov 2 @ 3:19am.
You were banned by a Steam Community Moderator.
Reason: "Pointless Post"

Thinking one of the moderators is a little abusive of their powers. Note:  I rarely post on the forums because of this in the first place, so its bad enough one of the first posts I do submit gets me banned.

Anyone else have this problem?

Even if your post was pointless, there is absolutely NO reason to ban someone just because of a pointless post, even if it's just a tempban. Maybe warn them, but even that is too harsh in my view. This guy doesn't deserve to be on the Steam Community mod team.
