6700k wont work on the X99 board, you'll need a motherboard thats socket 1151 and preferably Z170 so you can overclock.

Or you could always go for a 2011-v3 socket cpu, but that'd be a waste depending what youre using the pc for.

1. You need a Z170 motherboard, x99 won't work for your i7 5600k

2. What case? Does it have external 5.25" drive bay for your ASUS optical drive?

3. Are you sure the V650 is fully modular? @AresKrieger and me had a discussion later on. Any other alternative PSU? It's not bad but you can get better for the build

4. Storage is good, RAM is good. If you want to keep x99 mobo, get a i7 6800k instead (or i7 6850k, i7 6900k or i7 6950x depends on your budget and what you use)

3 - yes http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/enthusiast-v-series/v650/
I wasnt sure on that myself so i had to search it, the older(im guessing?) v models are only semi modular though http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/modular-vs-series/v650s/

No, the CPU and X99 Motherboard won't really work with each other well, because the MoBo has a different socket than the CPU.

The RAM would work just fine, the cooler as well.

Graphics card is a good choice as well, but SSD you might want to reconsider your choice there, depending on if you want to change the mainboard or CPU. Make sure it has an M.2 NVMe Slot.

Why would you need an Optical Drive? I think that's got an outdated SATA standart from what i can see, make sure to pick one which has at least SATA 2.

The power supply is a good choice, although I'd go for 700W just to be sure, if you want to expand your system in the future. Fans are included with the H100i, so don't worry about that, and if you still want to spend money on those, go with the EK Vardar fans, they're awesome!

Now I don't really see a case in you parts list, so make sure that it is one with room for an ATX and bigger motherboard

I love Small Form factor ITX rigs.

@RKRiley

I changed the cpu to 6850K

The case is Thermaltake Vera n24 Black ATX Mid Tower Gaming Computer Case with Power Supply Cover

and what PSU do you recommend?

The psu you have is perfectly fine.

Ah ok, then I'd go with the 6700K. It's cheaper (dunno how much money you can spend), and an LGA 1151 mainboard. Games make better use of higher clock speeds than more cores.. Also in terms of case, I'd go for a more simplistic looking case like the NZXT H440 or the IN WIN 303.. Just my personal preference. Don't get me wrong, but I had a similar case like the one you listed, and I regretted my choice after a few months. Tempered Glass and Aluminium look a lot better than plastic imo.

I love Small Form factor ITX rigs.
