Watch Dogs 2 Preformance Issues

Hi,

About 5 days ago, I played watch dogs 2 for the first time. It was great! I had no issues running it on low at 60FPS with my 750Ti. I tried playing it today on the SAME EXACT SETTINGS and only was getting 15-20FPS at max. What the hell is going on? I am a big watch dogs fan, completing the game 4 times when I first got into gaming on my Xbox 360 and now on PC it just ruins the experience.

maybe something else is using your CPU/GPU?

Double check you have the same settings, because sometimes when Ubisoft games update it'll wipe your settings to whatever it thinks you need, least it does in my experience.

I hear it's just a really really poorly optimized game on both sides

Rebooted - Still Issues

Killed all Processes except for Windows Services, then launched the game - Still Issues

Settings are exact same, all lowest as possible - Still Issues

I May try swapping in a R7 370 and seeing if that helps...
