They don't really compare since they're not really measured in a consistent way.

Oh yes. Acer XG270HU is pretty good and proper monitor for ur gpu. no question ask :) 

Yeah, the XG270HU is $400 at a local store, but if I can find one with a lower pricetag, all the better.

...hmmmm... maybe I'll get a 21:9 instead.

 

Edit - nevermind.

 

That'd require $1,200+ to get what I'd want, like with either the

Asus ROG SWIFT PG348Q

or the

Acer Predator X34

 

I might get something like that for the next computer.

Ah shoot, I just realized, the Acer XG270HU uses freesync, an amd thing, and my GPU's nvidia (which uses gsync). :|
