I'm not investing on a Quadro, but I don't know what GeForce GPU to get for Premiere Pro and After Effects. I don't need much gaming power (I only play Minecraft and I might start Skyrim). I don't care too much about render times, as long as they aren't obnoxious, I just want fluid editing. I'll be editing upwards of 25 1080p 3D layers at a time. This will also be used for Blender.

If you want a pretty good card get the 460 (Fermi) card for Adobe if not the the best one to get is the 680 for Adobe, with out going to the Quadro cards

I use a GTX 660Ti with Adobe Premier and it works great! You just have to edit a file in the adobe folder to get the card to work. Takes less than a minute!
