Pretty much, AOC have some fairly affordable monitors that work quite well. More than 2 years ago I got myself an i2367Fh for 200 AUD and haven't had any troubles with it, only complaint is that there is a little more wobble on the monitor than I'd like, however the stand is quite compact.
