Budget PC

Siliconlad

Hi,

I was thinking of building a really budget computer just for web-browsing amongst other things. Basically very basic computer actions. My budget is around 400 USD and I only plan on using 1 1080p monitor.

The build so far is:

 - i3 6100

 - 1 x 4GB DDR4 Memory

 - 1 x 120GB SSD

 - A Corsair CX450M Power Supply

 - An MSI H110m PRO-VD Plus motherboard

I don't really know if the power supply and motherboard are good choices so any help on that would be appreciated!

edit: Also, I would like to run Linux so would I need any special motherboard that support this? Or would any work?

Thanks

All looks good. Too be honest you could use a Pentium G3258 or G4400 if it is JUST for web browsing etc

So I'm assuming Linux can run on any PC?

don't quote me on this but I'm pretty sure the OS should not be limited by specs. do some research to double check though
