H115i

Okay so i got a H115i and like i put it the bracket onto my z170 mother board but its really loose, I dont know what to do.

If it doesn't tighten up when you have the cpu block mounted to it your doing something wrong.

oh well, I took the washes from where the screws go and like stuck them on the back plate?

yes. occurs with every aio cooler. Happened to mine and everyone else who has a aio water cooler on this forum.

I've had builds where I had to use rubber rings between the motherboard and backplate because the cooler wasn't making adequate contact. Just try it like that, and if the temps are fine don't worry, but if you're running really hot that's probably why.
