ASUS x99 Deluxe II Motherboard Graphics configuration

I am looking at building a computer with GPU rendering in mind with the ASUS x99 Deluxe II and a 6850k CPU. I would like to use the NZXT H440 case. The problem is that with only 7 expansion bays on the case I won't be able to use the PCI_5 slot for a graphics card.

I would eventually like to install 3 GTX 1070s in the computer.

I looked through the manual but some things weren't answered. Would it be possible to use PCI_1, PCI_2 and PCI_4 for graphics cards in either a x16/x8/x8 or even x8/x8/x8 configuration. Not interested in running SLI for games, just using the multiple graphics cards for GPU rendering.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Nope, it's either 1,3,5/x16,x16,x8 or 1,3,4/x8,x8,x8.

Slot 2 is a PCIe 2.0 x1 slot.

Thank you kindly.  Kept seeing the x15 in the PCI_2 slot and finally realized that was a PCI 2.0 instead of 3.0 slot.  Time for new glasses I think lol.
