Building a Budget PC....

I'm making my build on a tight budget, I can't afford an Skylake Pentium because I would need to buy RAM. Would the G3258 and this motherboard (http://www.microcenter.com/product/446573/H81M-E33_LGA_1150_ATX_Intel_Motherboard) be okay? If you have any better suggestions, let me know, my budget is between 200-220, that's the safe zone, I might get between 40-60 more in Christmas cash...

That motherboard is fine. Tho if you are on that tight of a budget i whould recomend buying RAM/GPU and maybe even CPU used since it will be alot cheaper

I should be getting a 1050ti, or RX 470 from a relative, and I already have DDR3 RAM.

i would go with a AMD cpu. those are alot stronger in the low price range. i only use intel on mid to high end setups.

Not particularly true, the pentium g3258 would beat most of the amd quad cores that are available at the same price.

well i don't know all the cpu's from the top of my head  there is bount to be exceptions

Although to get a pentium to 4.7ghz you'd need some damn good cooling.

I don't blame you, I was looking into getting a FX 8320e, but my love for the community made me change it...
