NCIX Pending Shipment

Hi everyone.

I placed an order on NCIX 3 weeks ago. at the time, the items were in stock, but 3 days after I received an email telling me that only 1 item was shipped and that the others (11) where Pending Shipment and Back ordered.
What the actual  ƒ*₡₭ ?

Also, they took 13 days to reply to my ticket.
anyone experiencing the same situation or is only me?

That's part of the reason I stopped shopping at ncix unless I have no choice, I found their service really slow.
