Yes the drivers are the latest ones from the motherboards website and my specs are

Asrock Z170 Extreme4 Motherboard

i5 6600k

Rx 480

16 GB Corsair Vengence Ram 2400 MHz

240GB Corsair SSD

WD 2TB Mechanical Hard Drive

are you sure windows 10 didn't already install them by itself (really windows 10 can do shit like that without you noticing)? check installed apps to be sure, if it isn't installed make sure you're running it with administrator privileges.

I've just built my PC, installed windows 10 64 bit and I've installed the IMF, Lan and Rapid Storage Drivers but I went to install the IME drivers and when the green bar was near to the end the download stopped and an error message came on my screen saying "Fatal error during installation" Please Help!

You don't need IME (it's for businesses) or Rapid Storage Drive (despite what its literature says, I've been able to make full use of my SSDs). So you can just get rid of the drivers altogether.

well thats not entirely true, my motherboard uses IME so it can send alerts to my phone via wifi and stuff like that, it just depends on if your motherboard manufacturer decides to use it. it also is a powerful tool for just enthusiast.

Then for most users it's not really needed.

(I also think that's a powerful tool for hackers too >_> )

yea it is a powerfull tool for hackers :P but there are way easier ways to get into a windows pc remotely than exploiting IME. most routers are never updated and can be hijacked really easily (cough mirai botnet cough) which enables you to inject any code into any page or download or whatever all you want. i mean don't get me wrong security is important but IME is the least of ones problems, it also can't be disabled completely so uninstalling it won't stop the hardware part from chugging along, its even suspected that this is a backdoor for government agency's or intel themselves or something like that, if you corrupt the bios where that part is stored than your mobo gets hardbricked.

One less path is one less path.

But then again I just don't see the use in having something like what you describe.

did you download the latest drivers from the website? don't use the ones on the disc most of the time they are outdated. also, what are your specs because than we can find out if its a common problem and if there already is a fix lingering somewhere

its not usefull for a lot of people no, but it is important to mention that it has functionality beyond "business stuff", otherwise he might get frustrated down the line because the included software doesn't work properly when there are no drivers for it.
