PC crashing randomly

My pc freezes randomly like it freezed when I was playing witcher 3 and also when I was browsing the net. by freeze i mean that monitor displays the same image, keyboard mouse don't work, and there is 'zzzzzzzz' noise coming from the speakers. hard reset is the only option.

Are you using all your RAM? And what about your hard drive?

 

Edit: Your temps also may be an issue. Are your temps okay?

No I don't think so as I was browsing with only 1 tab open. My hdd is actually the one I ripped open from an external hdd as it was nkt being used much
