Is this temp OK?

I just finished building my Computer, with an i5 6600k with a hyper 212 evo in an s340. I had some difficulty putting on the cooler and TCP, with the mistake of doing them in the case. Looking in the BIOS rn, which ofc is idle, it shows 30c to be my avg CPU temp. Just want to know, is this regular for an i5 at idle? Thanks.

Nice, thanks. I plan on OCing, so if it ever gets unusually high, I might reapply the TCP just to make sure.

Idle temps don't really matter. You're fine up to 80-90c at load.

Idle temps are good indicator of is cooler properly mounted or not. For anything else, they don't matter at all.
