Laptop for school

Whats the best budget school laptop?
I'm not looking for anything special because I only have about $300-$400, all I really need is 

• Decent 720p screen
• Plenty of USB slots
• Preferably 4gb of ram for Chrome tabs (lol)
• reliability (Wont break in 2 months)
• at least 7 hour battery life

I have no need for

• Touch screen (I have no use for it)
• To much storage (I can always get flashdrives)
• LOUD FANS (it'd be great if there were no fans)
• Good speakers (I got some apple earbuds)
• Camera (not necessary)
