Is this build compatible?

Hey guys, i just want to make sure if my build is good and compatible. 

 

Motherboard: Asrock z170 extreme4

Cpu: Intel core i7 6700

Gpu: Msi gtx 1070

Ram: 32Gb ( 16x2 ) hyper x fury

Powersupply: Thermaltake smart se 730W

Monitor: Benq XL2430T

HDD: Seagate 1Tb

SSD: Transcend 240Gb

 

I know that i don't need a Z-series motherboard but i heard that it is not a problem to have with a non-k version Cpu. Thank you for your opinions. Much appreciated!
