It really depends on what you are willing to pay for the features each mobo has and in particular the software, because while it is nice to have extra usb ports that can always be achieved by a usb hub. If you aren't going to need any of the software and don't mind possibly a lesser bios then the only deciding factors should be if it has wifi built in if you are going to be using wifi or that it has a good Ethernet port. If you don't need anything special you can buy some cheap $70 ASUS Mobo with no features.
