So whats wrong with my GPU?

so this is kind of an extension off of my previous thread. Basically i figured out that something was wrong with my GPU, the rx 480, wether it was a defect with the card, which i highly doubt due to it working in another computer no more then 4 or 5 days ago, or that theres a problem with the drivers and either they didnt install properly (3 different driver versions attempted multiple times) or they are interfering with something else in my build. or  maybe its something elsealtogether, anyone have any ideas? i really dont want to have to RMA it if i dont have to.

it would be helpful if you could include what kind of errors you get, what does it say exactly, and anyway windows update installs drivers automatically

for most things it just fails to run them, it never says anything in particular, you jus try to run something and nothing happens
