CPU cooler for non k intel

Anyone know if I would benefit from using a better cooler than the stock Intel cooler for my non k Intel CPU think something in the 25-30 range hyper 212 or cryorig h7

if the noise isn't bothering you then there is nothing to be gained changing the stock in a non-k cooler

I usually do a cheap one for non-OC CPUs.

It will cool the CPU well even at minimum fans.

Currently I am running an i3 6100 with the intention to move up to an i5k or i7 k after I leave college this is used for gaming with an RX 4804gb so the CPU is the bottleneck in most cases and runs at 100% if that matters

I just ordered the Cryorig H7 for my non-K i7 CPU. It's currently on sale for $29.90 on Newegg Flash. Nice price for a great budget cooler. I say go for it! You can reuse it if and when you decide to upgrade your CPU.

No. A better cooler will lower your temps and can potentially be quieter. 

It will not affect performance if your temps were fine to begin with.
