will you be using promos and mail in rebates though?

To start off, you'll have to scramble to get all those rebates off so I wouldn't plan around more than one or two mail-in rebates.

ECS motherboards have a fame of being hit or miss, I trust asrock on cheap mobos.

 

That said this is as low as it will drop given the same performance.

This PSU is nowhere near as good and is likely to last less than 2 years if you game every day, but it does get you gaming.
