yea i  did  i mean i fresh built the system  and then i had windows problems and i like  reinstalled and 1 time i had to do it again and i did also download al the drivers for my mobo

If you had issues with your SSD, I would run a "clean all" through diskpart. Back up whatever you need to and use another PC with SATA cables to do so.

why would that be a problem i could run any game on my amd and have chrome open and it would work fine

Downloading a game will use up CPU IO cycles then you're loading graphics of a game == laggy game.

oww okei  well i thought an i5 would be perfect for gaming and stuff like i mentioned but i guess not :/

The CPU isn't the problem even on an SSD there is only so much data you can transfer as once downloading and gaming uses up both read and write streams. Try without anything else going on and see if the problem carries on.

Then we can conclude it's a read/write bottleneck.

but how is that possible  this ssd is like rlly good  i mean not the best but u know what i mean

well a sad can read/write x amount of data per second this with your cpu having to do I/O not only reading your game but also writing the download. While its doing I/O it can't progress the game hence the lag.

mhm  i understand now  so if i get it right if i buy like a new ssd or hdd and put the game on there the lag would be no more if i am  correct

you're still doing the same I/O but now it's over two drives which will give more bandwidth and should be better.
