So im currently building my pc and I came across an hdmi cord from the front panel (where the power button is) and I don't think I have anywhere to put it. Where should I put this hdmi pass through cable? Graphics card? I'm building in the NZXT s340 elite btw. Thanks!

It should be connected to the graphics card. It's mostly of use for VR displays, so if you are not using VR and it would create problems by using up your GPU's HDMI port, just leave it unconnected.
