overkill router?

Long story short I am looking at adding a router to a potential build in the Phanteks Enthoo Mini XL . I was thinking of doing a nas combination in said case and I thought it had merit. I was honestly curious if this even remotely sounds like a good idea? To be perfectly honest I probably just need a single router for dual wifi and lan, but I am not sure. I guess I am just curious. It is late and I really should be in bed. lol anyways

Yeah....Speaking of overkill.....When I was trying to connect to the Nintendo update server via my Cisco 871W the Nintendo support had NO IDEA how I should configure my Cisco IOS firewall to allow connection to the Nintendo services...LOL

 

And yes, a 1900 series router would likely be overkill for home use. But if you're going that way... might as well swing for the fence.
