This is my first build. I plan on gaming, streaming, recording, editing, and just general everyday tasks. Will this work? Any suggestions?

Yup, looks like a pretty good build.  You should have no problems with 1080p gaming at 60 fps at or near max settings.

But the real question. Can it run minecraft on high settings at over 60 fps? While recording, and skyping?

Use OBS  to screen record, that capture device isn't worth the 200 when you can put that towards an i7 and a 1070!

To save money, you can get an i5 instead of i7, or 1060 instead of the 1070.
