Would have been pretty easy to do this over Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales... would definitely have gotten more for your money.

Bit of wiggle room if you wanted a different variant of video card, more storage on your SSD, or other little things.

Side note, a couple compatibility points in here, but if these 2 things don't matter you're fine.

  • Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports.
  • The NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case supports video cards up to 330mm long, but video cards over 230mm may block drive bays. Since the MSI Radeon RX 480 4GB GAMING X Video Card is 276mm long, some drive bays may not be usable.

Is skylake that much more expensive than haswell? Haswell should easily fit in this budget right...
