Take a look at this article, as it may give you some insight on steps to take.

Software update doesn't work..And when I troubleshoot it says that my cable is usb 2.0 and the port is 3.0..Point is all the usb ports are 3.0...tho it worked with the same pc after installing windows 10 (Had 7 and 8.1)

So you've tried rebooting your PC as well? And you've done the latest Windows updates?

By software update, are you talking about the iTunes software update or your iPhone software update? @JasonHS

no of them.I meant driver update, sorry.Driver Update from the link you gave me.I don't disabled Windows updates because they are annoying and useless,in my view. The same at the phone.I stopped at 10.1.0

Try running Windows updates then... if your device is recognized afterwards then you will see that updating your PC is not as annoying and useless as you want to believe. If it doesn't work, then maybe someone else with an iPhone can chip in and help you as I don't have experience mixing Apple and Windows.

So power is going to the batter via usb. It just sounds like you need updated drivers to me so I would run updates. Or manually search for the drivers which can be sketchy if you download something malicious.  @JasonHS

Ok.Will try
