Why the need for a PCIe SSD? You don't need 850W for a single GTX 1060.

 

If you want to save some money, you can drop down the CPU cooler to something like the beQuiet! PURE ROCK if you're going to be doing some mild overclocking.

the 850w variant is overkill, even if you went SLI in the future. get the 650w-750w model instead.

Here is a haswell-e build focused on speed, reliabilty, budget and a bit of style to boot i left about a 350+ margin for tinkering money inside your allocated budget serves as serious gaming rig and workstation. let me know what u think.
